Seeds are Planted!

Every SCS student got their hands dirty in out new Environmental Sciences program and garden!  Pumpkin seeds have been planted with hopes of "harvesting" this fall.

The SCS garden serves as a living classroom and outdoor laboratory where children can apply academic subjects such as natural sciences, mathematics, languages and fine arts.  The garden provides our students with an opportunity for hands on and minds on learning.  This special area offers arich and diverse learning environment including a variety of gardens as well as a courtyard complete with tables and benches for classroom projects and conversation. As students plant, tend, and enjoy the flower, butterfly, vegetable, and wildflower gardens, they will be provided opportunities to foster observation, investigation, experimentation, and innovation.

                                    Elementary Hours:     8:15am -   3:30pm

                   3k, 4k, 5k Pre-School Hours:     8:15am - 11:30am             

                      Enrichment for Pre-School:    11:30am -  3:30pm

                                 After School Care:     3:30pm -  5:30pm

               Our After School Care Program provides enriching and fun activities under adult supervision.                    Children can participate in outdoor play, games, projects, homework time, or computer time. 

Scofield Christian School offers ACSI accredited academic instruction for children in preschool through grade six.
